Albert Sanders, Kitchen Manager
Albert Sanders was born in New Haven, CT and spent his early years in the Carolinas before making his way back to New England. Albert frequently visited Maine before making a permanent move in 2021.
Although this is his first kitchen position, he has always had a love for food across all cultures. In his free time he enjoys attending movie screenings at the Nickelodeon and researching his favorite mammal, Orcas (don’t call them Killer Whales)!
